The support I received helped me immensely with my career progression.

Ladé supported me by revamping my CV and creating a Cover Letter, job searching based on my skills and experience and interview prep for various roles.

She went above and beyond in ensuring I was prepared for every stage of the interview process by researching the company and highlighting key pointers from the job description to aid me in interview success.

She mentored me throughout the process specifically in the area of self-confidence and public speaking as I really struggled with impostor syndrome and had a lot of anxiety when it came to applying for senior roles. She helped me believe I was equipped for the roles I typically avoided applying for.
